Award sizing

This year’s award is a short-sleeved “sport cut” shirt, which has a semi-tailored, close-but-comfortable fit.

Check the sizing chart below carefully. Sizes tend to run a bit small, especially in the waist measurement for the women’s sizing, and the fabric has no/minimal stretch. Men’s/unisex sizes have larger arms/shoulders and are a bit longer than the women’s sizes. Measurements are in inches and taken around the body. If you’re between sizes, you may want to choose the larger size (especially in women’s sizes). 

If you would like a larger size than shown in the chart, we’ll send your measurement to the vendor so they can create a shirt that’s the right size for you.

We hope that you can join us at the banquet to receive your MAC year-end award on Sunday, Jan 18, 2026, at TCOTC. (Details and RSVP info coming in late November/early December.) If you can’t attend, please arrange for a friend to pick up your award. We’re not able to mail awards that aren’t picked up at the banquet.

Check the list to confirm your eligibility. If you’re highlighted in green, our records show that you are eligible for an award.

Requirements to receive a year-end award

• Earned a total of $24 in MAC vouchers between November 1, 2024, and October 31, 2025.
• Submit your size and customization information by Wednesday, November 12, 2025. See sizing details to the right or on the form. 

NOTE: You do not need to have earned a title to get your year-end award, but you do need to submit the form to claim your award and select your size.
