Organizations

AKC – American Kennel Club
The AKC provides registration services for pedigreed dogs, along with establishing rules and guidelines for a variety of canine performance events. AKC Agility is limited to purebred dogs.

ASCA – Australian Shepherd Club of America
The Australian Shepherd Club of America provides registration for Australian Shepherds as well as sanctioning programs in obedience, stock dog, tracking, and agility. Sanctioned agility trials are open to any healthy, trained dog.

CPE – Canine Performance Events
CPE is an agility-only organization, and is open to any healthy dog.

NADAC – North American Dog Agility Council
NADAC is an agility-only organization, and is open to any healthy dog.

TDAA – Teacup Dogs Agility Association
TDAA is an agility-only organization, and is open to any small dog measuring no more than 17″.

UKC – United Kennel Club
The UKC provides registration services for pedigreed dogs, along with establishing rules and guidelines for a variety of canine performance events.

UKI – UK Agility International
UKI is an agility-only organization, and is open to any healthy dog.

USDAA – United States Dog Agility Association
USDAA is an agility-only organization, and is open to any healthy dog.

  • What’s New?

    The May 31-June 2, 2019 USDAA trial test schedule is available. Biathlon and titling classes on Friday with Grand Prix that evening. Team will be split on Saturday/Sunday. Cindy Hensley is judging. Entries close on May 22. Download the test schedule. Sign up to volunteer.

    The July 5-7 NADAC trial premium is available. The trial is at Soccerblast with Patti Cavin judging. Entries close on June 28. Download the premium.

    The July 12-14 AKC trial is now a 3-day, 1-ring trial. Draw period is May 29-June 12. Download the premium. It also has a committee opening for an equipment chair (half position). Contact Brandi Rogers if you are interested in joining this committee.

    Save the date – The MAC Summer General Membership meeting will be on Saturday, July 13. Time TBD, but it will be in the afternoon after the AKC trial is done.

    The July 26-28 CPE trial premium is available. Shari Vespested is judging. Entries close on July 16. There is also an opening for equipment (half position to pick up the hospitality supplies, printer and awards at the locker in Hopkins).     The Sept 7-8 USDAA trial is looking for a hospitality chair. This is a 2-day trial at Fusion. Contact Julie Heller if you are interested in joining the committee.

    Membership renewals are due on November 1. Renewals received after November 30 will require reapplying for membership.

    New member applications received after September 1 will count towards the next fiscal year.
